Stuart Andrew (he/him) is a spirited conductor, educator, and pianist in Melbourne, Australia. He combines his classical training and pedigree with a forward-looking outlook and a remarkably diverse array of experience and skills. He has an unshakeable conviction in music's power to make the world a better place and seeks to demonstrate the beauty, intensity, and joy he feels in all music.

Notable achievements so far include starting his own piano school, music directing community ensembles and musicals, and appearing as concerto soloist in Igor Stravinksy’s Concerto for Piano and Winds with The Grainger Wind Symphony.

Victorian Branch Scout Band

Formal role title: State Leader, Scout Band

Stuart leads a group of dedicated volunteers in the performance of light ceremonial repertoire. The Scout Band is an auxiliary of the Scout Association of Australia, the largest youth organisation in the country. Stuart, along with the other adults in the band, helps to provide leadership and initiative training for young people aged 5–25, a cause he is deeply passionate about.
